Whenever we're in the area, we always choose to stay at this place. It's really great. the staff here is friendly and always willing to help out. Plus, it's convenient to park your car close by. the restaurant dishes out some tasty German meals that you shouldn't miss! 🍽️

The hotel was what we loved during trip. It was a lovely location for us, near to a beautiful garden surrounded by rice terraces and a peaceful area close to the Rinjani Volcano, surrounded by the forest and rice fields. Furthermore, in the mountains. The food was amazing, had good choice of options...

location: the hotel was near to wonderful gardens and the waterfalls and nearby rice terraces. also, we visited panorama walk, located relatively close to the property, was an unplanned pleasure.

Quiet and serene setting nestled in the mountains, and the room we stayed in had convenient walk-in showers 😊.

We had an amazing stay at Rinjani Mountain Garden. the view and property were world-class, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved being able to help ourselves to drinks with the honesty system. Organizing guided or non-guided walks to the falls was easy through the team. the super late checkout was awesome, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. If you're visiting the falls, this is the perfect place to stay.

The food was delicious. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. the location was perfect, situated in a stunning garden surrounded by rice fields, which made it convenient to reach popular tourist spots. 🌿

The daily breakfast offers a wide range of options, from continental to Asian and even vegetarian choices. I couldn't resist trying a little bit of everything, and boy, was it a mouthwatering festival for my taste buds!

Great location right near a tranquil spot by the Rinjani Volcano, surrounded by lush forests, rice fields, and amazing natural attractions like the crater rim and waterfalls. 🌿 Tons of delicious meal choices available here.

We didn't have enough time to climb Rinjani, so we decided to hike Pergasingan Hill instead. The hostess, Jihan, was incredibly helpful in arranging a sunrise trip there. The houses were nice, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were flexible and friendly. The views and the calmness of the lodge are truly amazing. A perfect place to come back to.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread, mulberry jam, pan cakes, and omelette. The hotel is located in a beautiful garden surrounded by rice terraces, offering a fine view of the nearby Rinjani Mountain. The staff were very friendly and professional, providing 5-star service and always responding promptly to my emails prior to my trip. The hotel also arranged a good driver to take me to the Tiu Kelep waterfall and provided transfers to my next destination. The location of the hotel near Senaru and the amazing waterfalls in the area was perfect for exploring nature and enjoying the scenic beauty.

We had a really great stay here during our recent trip to Lombok. The cottages were clean and comfortable, with lots of privacy if you want it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef rendang and curry. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, with the sea on one side and Mount Rinjani on the other. We also loved the fact that there was a variety of animals on the property, each with their own unique story. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

As longer term business travelers, we absolutely loved the peaceful and nature-filled surroundings at Rinjani Mountain Garden. The views of the sea and Mount Rinjani were breathtaking. The cottages were clean and offered ample privacy. Jihan, the host, was not only a fantastic chef but also very friendly and fun to talk to. We enjoyed delicious meals, including her beef rendang, curry, and sulawesi sambal. The availability of beer and local palm wine was a pleasant surprise. We would love to return one day.
